When can I Practice

Classes are held every Monday.

Please make sure you turn up 20 minutes before to get changed and shed your worries from the day before. We start promptly so don't be late.

If you choose to become a member, then you are encouraged to join our thursday practice sessions. We believe that practice is a critical component to your learning process. As such whilst High grades will be there to offer guidance, this is your time to practice what you've learnt. Membership is required after 4 classes. Practice is suggested after you've sufficiently learnt some of the basic moves.

Headquarters Dojo in Andover

Bring a clean set of clothes to change into at the dojo. You'll be practicing on a clean mat and we don't want to bring dirty clothes you've been wearing all day onto it.

From the changing room to the side of the mat you should wear footwear. We wear Zori; slippers and or footwear if fine, High heels are impractical.

Step onto the mat with bare feet, ensuring not to step on the floor when taking off your shoes/slippers.
